The Howdens Joinery Company offers a range of kitchens and joinery products specifically designed to meet the needs of modern living, complete with a full range of accessories, built-in appliances, work surfaces, sinks and taps.
Quality Assurance
Selected cabinets are tested to BS6222:1997 Part 2 Level H, BS EN 14749:2005 - Domestic and kitchen storage units and worktops and BS6222:1999 Part 3 - Domestic Kitchen Equipment : Durability of surface finish and adhesion of surfacing and edging materials. They have also achieved FIRA (Furniture Industry Research Association) accreditation, as well as the FIRA Gold award for product excellence. In other words, their units are considered structurally suitable for heavy domestic use. All laminate worktops are tested to BS6222:1999 Part 3. A selection of these use chipboard further complying with BS EN 312: 2003 Type P3 and WPIF/1:2000 (Wood Panel Industries Federation). All appliances sold meet safety requirements of British and European Standards. All Howdens manufacturing sites hold BS EN ISO 9001:2000 - Quality Management Systems Requirements.
Event
We will be doing a Howden's Road show focusing on the Contract Kitchens.
This is a Market leading event which as the photo's show it is a 40ft trailer which unfolds to 3 times its width.
We wish to invite as many contractors/ trade persons alike as possible. We will be asking the Local Housing authority and Housing Associations to attend. We will be setting up a table area for businesses to market there own businesses as a gesture and attempt to help beat the credit crunch.
As you are aware Howden's Joinery Rochdale are committed to help local Business grow and developed.
Light refreshments are provided throughought the day. If used right this will be a fantastic Networking opportunity for all who take part. The best part is it is absolutely free to all. taking place on 22-07-08 Tuesday 8.00am to 4.40pm at our offices.
