Intro
An overview
In eight years Evans Easyspace has grown to become the UK’s leading provider of new, quality offices and workshops for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
Launched in 2000, Evans Easyspace pioneered truly flexible workspace for SMEs. With a passion for giving small businesses exactly what they want - easy-in, easy-out terms that offer maximum flexibility - the Evans Easyspace concept allows the business needs to dictate the size of the workspace required and not the other way round.
Evans Easyspace is growing rapidly and has a rent roll in excess of £9 million. There are almost 2,000 clients in the 50 Evans Business Centres operational across the UK, in turn employing approximately 8,500 people.
The vision is to develop an Evans Business Centre in every UK town and, on average, one new centre opens every month. Evans Easyspace has an aggressive programme for growth over the next three years, with the main objectives being to increase growth rate, strengthen market share and treble in size by 2010.
During 2008, Evans Easyspace will build 300,000 sq ft of new business space, investing almost £30m at locations throughout the UK. These new Evans Business Centres will provide office and workshop accommodation for 350 new and developing businesses, creating a further 1,750 jobs throughout England, Scotland and Wales.
