At CFT we understand that our clients’ reputations can be either enhanced or adversely affected by the standard of the service we provide. From our drivers, traffic office staff and onwards through the company, CFT personnel will try to fulfill expectations.
Of course, service levels have to be provided at a competitive price. All businesses look to cost savings to maintain margin in the face of increased competition for sales and downwards pressure on selling margin. In short, a compromise between price and service level has to be achieved. Value does not correlate directly with price and therefore cheapest is not necessarily best. We believe we deliver on both service and price.
With depots in Rochdale & Wednesbury, a liveried fleet of rigids and articulated units, over 40 trailers, around 55 personnel, fully computerised traffic systems, including satellite vehicle tracking and document scanning, CFT currently collect and deliver thousands of pallets of freight per month.
