Question Time for Council Tenants

Rochdale Council is carrying out two major surveys of a sample of its 15,000 tenants to see how satisfied they are with the housing services they receive from Rochdale Boroughwide Housing.

A postal survey will be sent out to around 2,000 tenants and this will be followed the week after by a face to face survey undertaken by CSR Survey Ltd, an independent market research company.

Everyone returning a completed questionnaire will be entered into a prize draw with the opportunity to win prizes of £100, £50 or £25.
