Rochdale Boroughwide Housing (RBH) is inviting tenants and residents on Council estates across Rochdale to get “snapping” and show what their community means to them.
The competition will give adults and children a chance to explore their neighbourhood and say what makes it special.
Certificates and prizes of £75, £50 and £25 will be awarded to both adults and children up to 16 years old and the winning entries will be displayed to the public at the RBH Celebration and Information Day at the Town Hall on 11 October.
All photographs must be received by 14 September 2008 and can be sent as a standard sized print or a digital file with your name, address, daytime phone number, age (if you are under 16) along with a sentence explaining what your photograph says about your community.
Entries should be sent to RBH Tenant Participation Unit, The Old Post Office, The Esplanade, Rochdale OL16 1AE or emailed to rbh.tpu@rbhousing.org.uk
