DVD illustrates regeneration and economic development work across Rochdale

Following a very busy 2005 during which they luanched two brand new sell through products, Middleton based multi-media production house AVS Television Productions has been working with Rochdale Development Agency filming regeneration projects within the Borough.

With several million pounds being invested in Rochdale, Rochdale Development Agency wanted a 30-minute programme that would illustrate to potential investors and local businesses the new sites and schemes being implemented with the money.

The progress report video for 2004/05 has been converted to DVD format and broken down into MPEG 1 clips allowing the RDA to use them in their presentations.

John Hudson, Chief Executive of the RDA said:

"AVS Television produced a 30 minute DVD illustrating the Agency's regeneration and economic development work across Rochdale Borough last year.  This was the first time that we had commissioned such work and we were very pleased with the result and the professional help and advice received from AVS."
